General advice for stakeholders in human resources

The following recommendations will improve the effectiveness of the interview and will better protect the legal terms:

1. ensure that the interview questions are job-related and based on the requirements on position;

2. avoid issues related to illegal topics;

3. use standardized administration, that is to say that we must, among other things, ask the same questions to all applicants;

4. enhance the objectivity of the evaluation of candidates by using procedures and a scoring system defined and documented;
