Two important issues must be addressed early in the planning process: a) how many people will be interviewed?, B) at what stage of the appointment process is the interview she conducted?
The decision to interview all applicants or only those who meet the qualifications will depend on a number of factors. Among these factors, there is the size of the applicant pool, other types of assessment tools used during the appointment process and available resources.
